The hotel's location is very central. I found the free coffee and cookies offered each morning to be a VERY nice touch. The reception desk promptly accepted multiple packages I had delivered by mail.

I found the hotel decor tired. The paintwork in the bathroom needs some tidying.

Fantastic Location and Helpful Staff!

I found the staff friendly. They quickly delivered a kettle to my room when I requested one. The staff also assisted with ordering transportation. That was appreciated. Refilling my water bottle at the reception was a nice perk.. flavored options too!

The hotel lacked on-site breakfast. While coffee and cookies were available each morning in the lobby, the option for a full breakfast would have been ideal.

I found the location ideal, near union square. free water in the lobby was very useful. the staff were helpful. Manfred at the front desk was particularly friendly. (i really appreciated his advice on local spots.)

the temperature of the shower was hard to regulate.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful with directions. my room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed. the hotel's proximity to public transportation proved useful for getting around.

the ice machine being behind a locked door required a call to the front desk for delivery i found slightly inconvenient.

missing facilities broken lift

the location was great near urban square. the bed was surprisingly comfortable too (i slept like a log!).

I ran into a couple of snags. the tea making facilities i expected never showed up, a bit of a letdown. also, only one lift worked for most of my stay. I was on the seventh floor, so stairs were not my friend.

valet parking felt secure. the location is near union square, facilitating public transport connections. i found an excellent little cafe next door for breakfast. the shower worked well, and the room was super clean.

i found noise from street cars and loud guests disruptive at times. the room felt warm, even with the ceiling fan running.

the location was excellent, very close to union square. clean, comfortable rooms provided a great experience. the complimentary coffee and pastry each morning set me up for the day. friendly staff were really helpful.

the in-room refrigerator was making horrible noises.
